Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with a product you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund if the items are unused, in the original packaging, clean and still have the original tags attached.  LAST CHANCE AND PARTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All returns are to be approved electronically using the below link to start your return.
  • All returns must be shipped to: Tanglefree at 2455 Vista Del Monte, Concord, CA 94520. Items returned to any other location will be subject to delay in processing your return.
  • Returned items will be refunded with applicable sales tax in original payment method minus shipping and handling fees.
  • Proof of purchase in the form of the order email confirmation in the returner's name must be provided.
  • Items must be purchased on Tanglefree.com in order to be eligible for return or a refund. 
  • All returns are subject to physical inspection. Tanglefree must have the product back and it must be inspected before a credit will be issued. Credits are only issued on new/unused products in their original packaging. All returns must be in "like-new" condition and be free of all fur/hair/dirt with original tags included. Products not adhering to this policy may result in an additional cleaning/processing fee of up to 50% of the item’s retail value. Once we receive the returned product a credit will be issued within 5 - 7 business days.
  • If you are returning a dog vest please make sure the vest is free and clear of any dog hair in order to receive a refund. 
  • If you think you have received a defective item, please send pictures and proof of purchase using our contact us page.
  • Please note: Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Tanglefree does not provide return labels.
