Due to the current shelter in place order that we are under here in California we are not processing any returns until we are able to open our warehouse and physically receive any returned items. You are welcome to submit for a return using the below link but please be patient with us as we won't process the return requests until we are able to return to work. We want to avoid a return being returned back to you because we are unable to receive any shipments. As of now we are expecting to return after April 7th. - If you are not satisfied with a product you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund if the items are unused, clean and still have the original tags attached.
- All returns are to be approved electronically using the below link to Start your return.
- Returned items will be refunded with applicable sales tax in original payment method.
- Shipping and handling is not refunded.
- All returns are subject to physical inspection. Tanglefree must have the product back and it must be inspected before a credit will be issued, credits are only issued on new/unused products. Once we receive the returned product a credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- If you are returning a dog vest please make sure the vest is free and clear of any dog hair prior to sending the vest back to receive a refund.
- Tanglefree Closeout items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
