We used these on a sandbar and ice while hunting the river. Replicating a roost or a loaf spot on water just became easier with mallard sleepers that were in high demand. They stacked great, durable, and in a stiff wind don't move on the ice. Highly recommend adding these to your spread.

I just purchased these mallard shells the day they hit the market and I'm glad I did. These decoys have been used on sandbars, dry fields and on the ice near open water. The detail is great and are extremely durable. They also stack nice and tight, so tey are easy to transport.
